Payment Upfront
After I've agreed on the commission I will need to send the Paypal invoice, I will begin to work on the drawing after payment has been received. Drawing might take a maximum of a month, if more time is needed you will be notified of this. If I'm unable to continue the drawing even after that, you will receive your money back. (minus paypal fees)
Notifications
You will be notified and shown the drawing's progress on all the necessary stages from sketch to shading, and will be asked if the drawing is satisfactory so far.
communication is ideal.
Huge changes to the drawing during the final stages are not possible
(Please note that sketches and such will be cropped and/or watermarked, this is for my own safety)
References
Please make sure to provide clear references to the character(s) you want me to draw as well as any specific pose(s), doesn't matter if they belong to a series or not.
When working with characters that don't have visual references please be as clear in the text as possible.
Things such as moodboards or specific images DO help, mentioning specific aesthetics (vaporwave, goth etc) ALSO helps.
Anything you might think would be useful information, don't hesitate to tell!
Right to deny
I as the artist have the right to refuse the commission if I am not comfortable with what you want me to draw.
If in the middle of the process of drawing I find myself unable to continue the drawing for specific reasons you will receive your money back.
Refunds
I'm not a professional artist, I don't have a job or any other source of income other than this and I have to take care of myself, my family and the bills. If the drawing is finished but it suddenly doesn't meet the requirements anymore, there won't be a refund as it is a finished product.
Backing out of the commission after I've notified you that i've started on the drawing also counts as no refund.
You can have a refund in case of an error or emergency or if I haven't started to work on the drawing
No Sudden Changes
You can't ask for a different drawing if I'm already halfway done with the one we had agreed on before, changes to the drawing are acceptable but a whole different thing is not. If you wish to commission me for two drawings go ahead, you will receive the initial one and we can discuss the second but I will not change an entire drawing that already has hours of progress in it.
Posting and use online
You have to be okay with me posting the finished commission on my social media. After you've received the full drawing I might post a cropped or watermarked version to my social media as means to show my work only after you've received the full drawing yourself.
Regarding the client's use of the art
You might NOT use the finished product for commercial purposes.
(In case of streamers/youtubers/vtubers etc, this counts as commercial purposes. Do not hesitate to talk to me abt a specific case like this)
You can use the drawing for personal purposes such as: icons, headers, backgrounds, toyhouse, etc. In case of such please do credit me accordingly. Failure to do so will mean you'll be banned for commissioning me in the future
Please do not just post the full unwatermarked version
I cannot be responsible for what happens if you post the full unwaternarked art, if it gets stolen/edited/reposted it affects both the client and me in a negative manner.
The end choice is up to the client with the finished drawing.
Paypal's shipment
It is specifically stated on the invoice that there Is no shipment required for the product since it is a digital good. If Paypal asks if the product was delivered to you once you've received the drawing please do say yes.
I will manually check that the status of the "item" is put to "sent" after the commission is done.
